Epoch of Origins

Throughout 5000 B.C.-500 B.C, the world as we knew it had started as new civilizations had formed and the habit known as hunting and gathering had vanished. Known as the Neolithic Age, advancements began to spread upon distinct places in our world, where from law, to religion, to the environment, these concerns in this time period are known as a basis to the improvement and spreading of  ideas as the world we know today. How we managed to actually improve the lives of all our world for a positive effect or negative effect lies in the work and minds of numerous countries, specifically people and their own cultures and beliefs of right and wrong. During this time period, we're shown how one of the most prestigious civilizations began in Mesopotamia, where not only they had developed agricultural methods, yet developed many societies and had their first monarchy or established government, which was in the Babylonian empire, called Hammurabi.  Only to be inferred, without establishing these set of laws, or codes, numerous great empires coming generation after generation wouldn't have been able to follow Hammurabi's laws even until this day. I believe the significance was that it was a start that humans took in getting organized and having a successful government, meaning that during that period, many civilizations had grown a significant amount of intelligence making them capable of accomplishing many things that are known as history. Some of the things they may have already established is violence due to the fact that these societies sought to conquer each other's land in order to gain power. It is known worldwide that today, countries and their leaders still seek the power they want in order to be unstoppable. Law and government was not only in Mesopotamia, because many flourishing countries later on, soon to have larger empires, adopted these laws such as Egypt, China and additional European countries to come. Soon they began to interact with each other, establishing what was known as international relations, which is a basis for local trade of distinct European countries worldwide. What i can say is significant during this time is how many different religions began, such as Judaism and how it spreaded throughout Europe since the Jews scattered. More importantly, knowledge grows through Egyptians since their phenomenal tool of learning is what impresses people to this day. Hieroglyphics is understood today and was their common way of writing. I think this was a key in which many cultures and countries learned in order to find their own way of handwriting. They were the first people in showing how they would enslave prisoners, in this case the Jews. I believe this was an influence so later in time many travelers would enslave people, beginning with the African Americans. Not only that, but the way and technique they used to build pyramids shows what they were capable of and managed to do what other empires couldn't do during that time. After what Egyptians accomplished, came dynasties around China. One example was known as the Zhou Dynasty, and their influence with 2 distinct philosophies. Greece later rose and followed the religion of Egypt, which was polytheistic, and began to conquer at a major pace territory under the rule of Alexander and increased their empire.
